How it works
- Add your crew. Type a name and pick a 4-digit PIN for each person. That's their login.
- Text them one link. They open it, enter their PIN, and add it to their home screen like an app.
- They log as they go. Start time in the morning, clock out and back in if they leave, end time and a quick note at the end of the day.
- You get the week. A summary lands in your inbox the morning the new week starts. Approve it and the week locks.

Do my workers need an email or an account?
No. They only need the link you text them and their 4-digit PIN.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. It runs in the phone's browser and can be added to the home screen so it opens like an app.
Can my workers see each other's hours?
No. Each person only sees their own week. Only you, and anyone you make a manager, see everyone.
Which plan do I need?
Count the crew who will log time. Up to 20 is Starter; 21 to 50 is Pro. If you grow past 20, switch to Pro from your dashboard in one tap.
What happens when the trial ends?
Subscribe to keep going. If you don't, your crew can't log new time, but your hours stay saved and you can still log in.
Does it track location?
No. Crew Hours records the times your crew enter and what they did, nothing else.
