What we collect

For business owners: name, email, company name and billing details (handled by our payment processor; we don't store card numbers). For crew members: the name the business enters, and the start/end times and notes they log. We do not collect location.

How we use it

To run the service: show timesheets, send the reports you've switched on, and bill your subscription.

Who we share it with

Only the providers that run the service: Render (hosting and database, in the United States), Google (Gmail, to send emails), and Stripe (payments and sales tax). We don't sell data.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is open. After you cancel, we keep it for at least 90 days in case you come back, and may delete it after that. Billing records are kept by Stripe as long as tax law requires. You can ask us to delete your account and data at mycrewhours@gmail.com.

Your choices

Account owners can export all their timesheet data from the dashboard at any time, and can turn crew members off. Crew members who want their information changed or removed should ask the business they work for, which controls that data.

Security

Passwords and PINs are stored scrambled, and all traffic is encrypted.
