Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between MyCrewHours ("we") and the business that signs up for Crew Hours ("you").

The service

Crew Hours lets you record your workers' hours and send yourself reports. You are responsible for the hours your crew enters and for how you use them, including payroll and following wage and hour laws.

Accounts

Keep your password and your crew's PINs private. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Payment

After the free trial, the service is billed monthly in advance through our payment processor. You can cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Payments are not refunded for partial months, except where the law requires it. If you were charged by mistake, email us within 30 days and we'll make it right.

Your data

You own the timesheet data you put in. You can export it any time. After you cancel, or a trial ends without a subscription, we keep your data for at least 90 days so you can come back or export it. After that we may delete it. You can also ask us to delete it sooner.

Availability

We work to keep the service running but can't promise it will never be interrupted. Keep your own copy of anything you need for payroll.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits, or payroll or wage claims), and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll email the account owner at least 14 days before it takes effect. Using the service after that means you accept the new terms.

Ending the service

We may suspend accounts that don't pay or that misuse the service. If we ever shut Crew Hours down, we'll give at least 30 days' notice so you can export your data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
